General Instructions for Ordering, Payment and Shipping

1. Order: No  Minimum order amount is Required
2. Discount: The discount is available per item and is calculated off of the List Price and reflected in the Net Price Column.   Other Equipment is priced at net cost to you
3. Extra Fees:  We do not charge any extra fees, handling fees, warehouse, service fees etc.....
4. Weights: Weight Information of the shipping carton is in the Price List Table if available. If the weight and dimensions are not listed, please email us for additional information specifying location and the product that you would like additional information on.
5. Descriptions: All Model Descriptions describe the items included with each Model.    Some pages include pdf file downloads.
6. Inventory Stock: Most of the Models are in Stock.  Shipment is within 7 to 9 days after payment terms have been settled or we notify you by email or fax if there is a delay.
7. Selection: Select the Model or Models you desire. Send us an email with the Model number(s) and the quantities. We will email you back immediately on availablity.
8. Questions: If technical information does not appear and you need additional technical information, please send us an email from the bottom of the page giving us the Model Number and the application. We will send you an email back with the desired information.
9. Shipping Information:
   1. Domestic(within the USA): We will ship TRUCK, PARCEL POST, UPS or FEDEX or any other mode you desire. All shipping is FOB Airport or FOB Grand Rapids, MI.. All shipping is prepay and add onto the invoice. The shipping cost will be the actual cost. Alternatively, We can use your UPS or FEDEX Account Number and have the freight billed direct to your account.
   2. Canada: We will follow your instructions to Canada. We can ship by mail if the weight and size requirements are acceptable. We can also ship by UPS or FEDEX.   Alternatively we can make it easy for you and quote you in Canadian Dollars.
   3. International: We Export and we know the documentation procedures for each country. We will ship UPS, FEDEX, CEVA LOGISTICS or any Forwarder you desire.   All export shipping is FOB Airport or FOB Grand Rapids, MI...  Our preferred forwarder for Export is CEVA Logistics.
   4. All shipping is prepay and add onto the invoice, unless we use your account number or it is shipped collect.
   5. The shipping cost will be the actual cost. Alternatively, We can use your UPS or FEDEX Account Number and have the freight billed direct to your account or ship the product Freight Collect.

11. Got that Hard to find Part?: Give us a try! Lincoln Lube, Marquette Welders, Blackhawk, Hein Werner, Walker, Lincoln Lifting, Marquette Battery Chargers, Century, Solar, ????   An Old Model Number that you would like to Repair?    Service Parts cannot be returned.  Send us an Email.
12. Service Sheet or Parts Sheet on an Old Model Number? Cost US$20.00.   Send us an Email.
